Aurora is a digital agency that needed a portfolio-first site to replace their outdated WordPress presence. The site had to make each case study feel substantial and convert industrial-scale prospects into discovery calls.
The Challenge
Agencies live or die by their case studies, but most agency sites dump screenshots behind a generic grid. The challenge was editorial: making each case study tell a complete story — problem, approach, outcome — without fluff.
The Approach
Next.js App Router with dedicated MDX-backed case study pages. Rich per-case metadata (stack, timeline, team). Service pages linked directly to relevant cases for social proof. Strong focus on reading hierarchy — large type, short paragraphs, pull-quotes — so case studies feel like thoughtful articles rather than brochureware.
