Coffact produces activated carbon from spent coffee grounds — an innovative sustainability product for water treatment and air purification industries. The website needed to establish technical credibility in the B2B market and generate qualified leads from both Turkish and European buyers.

A pre-revenue startup targeting industrial buyers in two markets simultaneously, needing a site that communicated technical depth without looking like a startup pitch deck. No i18n library budget — custom routing required.
The Approach
Next.js with custom locale routing (/tr and /en prefixes) without next-i18next dependency, keeping the bundle lean. B2B-focused design language with product data sheets, process diagrams, and a multi-step lead qualification form.
