The site handles high-resolution property photography, virtual tour embeds, and a self-service management portal — so the client's team can update listings without developer involvement.
The Challenge
A tight three-week deadline with a non-technical client who needed full autonomy over listings post-launch. The challenge was building a robust CMS abstraction that felt simple to the client while maintaining SSG performance for SEO.
The Approach
Next.js App Router with headless CMS for non-technical content updates. Mobile-first responsive design with optimized image delivery via Next.js Image. SSG for the listing index page and ISR (60s revalidation) for individual property pages ensures immediate content refresh without full rebuilds.
